Walter Hilton in WW1

I am currently researching my Grandfathers brothers, and as is the Hilton tradition there are several of them. Walter Hilton was born on 27th May 1892 in Bicker, Lincolnshire. In the 1911 census he is listed as a wagoner on a farm in Caythorpe. The next information I have found is the Attestation form for the Canadian over-seas expeditionary force, then the trail goes cold. Not sure if Walter survived the great war or where he was stationed. I will continue his journey and see where fate led him, and hope that it is not the outcome that was to be for so many of our brave young men.
